Turbaselon is committed to providing high-quality online workshops and learning experiences. We evaluate refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the terms described in this document. All refund decisions are final once processed.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

Refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date may be considered, provided that:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course or workshop content.
- You have not downloaded any course materials, certificates, or supplementary resources.

2.2 Non-Eligible Requests
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The refund request is submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date.
- More than 20% of the course or workshop content has been accessed or completed.
- Downloadable materials, certificates, or other deliverables have been accessed or downloaded.
- The purchase was made as part of a promotional bundle, discount code campaign, or special offer explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- The account has been suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Subscription Plans
For subscription-based access to our platform:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing period already charged.
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund only if the cancellation request is received within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase or renewal date and no content has been substantially accessed.
- Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid billing period, after which access is revoked.
4. Workshop and Live Session Purchases
For individually purchased live workshops, webinars, or scheduled interactive sessions:
- Full refunds are available if the cancellation request is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled session start time.
- Requests received between 24 and 72 hours before the session may receive a credit applicable toward a future session.
- No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time.
- If Turbaselon cancels or reschedules a session, registered participants are entitled to a full refund or credit, at their discretion.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a verified technical problem that is caused by our platform and that prevents you from accessing purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund regardless of the standard eligibility window. 7. Processing Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution. Turbaselon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
8. Partial Refunds
In circumstances where a full refund is not applicable but exceptional factors are present, Turbaselon reserves the right to offer a partial refund or platform credit at its sole discretion. Such decisions do not constitute a precedent or obligation to provide similar treatment in future cases.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. Turbaselon will respond to all payment disputes with complete transaction documentation as required by the relevant payment processor.
